Website Disclaimer and Safety Notice

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use describinghumanity.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Who We Are and Are Not

Describinghumanity Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Describinghumanity Heating & Air.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work, or that a provider will be open to jobs in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they vary with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility about programs that might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Get Paid

Describinghumanity Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Content

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
